Veri Deniz

Veri Deniz is a maritime technology company in Tuzla, Istanbul, the city's shipyard district. With more than 20 years in the maritime industry, it provides maritime IT, satellite communication, cyber security, marine electronics and technical services for commercial vessels worldwide.

Its in-house certified engineers carry out maritime VSAT installations, commissioning and network configuration, run remote or onboard health checks, and set up hybrid systems that combine VSAT with other links. It supplies VSAT antennas, OneWeb and Starlink terminals, Inmarsat FleetBroadband, Iridium and LTE packages. Alongside connectivity it protects onboard IT systems, carries out certified radio surveys and annual performance tests of voyage data recorders, installs and services GMDSS and navigation equipment, and supplies original spare parts, with 24/7 support.

Starlink is not licensed in Turkey, including its territorial waters; on ships it is used once they are outside Turkish waters, so plan a second link for port calls in Turkey.
