Where the data comes from
This page explains how providers qualify for inclusion, how directory pages are built and ordered, how guide figures are checked, and how to request a correction — so you can judge the reliability of what you read here.
Sources
Provider-declared information
Companies that claim their profile maintain their own services, coverage, offices and team details. Claimed profiles are marked as such.
Assisted research
Unclaimed profiles are built from public sources — company websites, public registries, industry references — structured with AI and reviewed before publication.
Geocoding
Addresses are geocoded to place providers on the map. Coordinates reflect declared office locations, not service coverage.
Customer feedback
Corrections and reviews submitted by users and customers feed back into profiles after moderation.
What qualifies a provider for inclusion
- An identifiable, operating company active in satellite connectivity — installers, integrators, resellers, ISPs, manufacturers, teleports, consultants or managed service providers.
- A verifiable public presence (website, registry entry or industry references).
- At least one classifiable activity: actor type, supported networks, services or geography.
Listing is free and does not depend on any commercial relationship with LeoSatNetwork. Paid plans affect profile features, never inclusion or ordering in directories.
How directory pages are built
Directory pages are filtered views of the same provider database — by country, region, network, actor type or segment. A provider appears on a directory page when its profile matches that page's filters.
Providers are listed alphabetically, not ranked. We do not publish "best of" rankings, and no provider can pay for a higher position. Provider counts on directory pages are computed live from the database, never typed into the text.
How guide figures are checked
Prices and availability in the guides are read on starlink.com for the country concerned, on the date stated in the guide, and repeated in the page's tables. Installation prices come from published installer price lists. Provider counts come from the directory on the day of writing. When something changes we update the guide and its "Updated" date.
Update frequency
Claimed profiles are updated by providers themselves at any time. Unclaimed profiles are re-enriched in periodic batches. Directory listings and counts are recomputed continuously, and each directory page shows when it was last recomputed.
Independence & trademarks
LeoSatNetwork is an independent directory, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any satellite operator. Starlink is a trademark of SpaceX; OneWeb, Iridium, Inmarsat, Amazon Kuiper and other network names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe which networks listed providers work with. LeoSatNetwork is unrelated to LeoSat Enterprises, the constellation company that ceased operations in 2019.
Spotted an error?
If a profile lists outdated or incorrect information, tell us and we will review it. Providers can also claim their profile to keep it accurate themselves.
