REVLV Solutions is a Filipino-owned systems integration, software and engineering company founded in 2014, with its main office and network operations centre in Burgundy Corporate Tower in Makati and further offices in Ortigas (Pasig) and Las Piñas. It is ISO 27001 certified.

REVLV is on Starlink's list of authorized resellers for the Philippines. It sells the service and the kits bundled with its own value-added services, aimed at offices and teams that need to work from remote islands and coastal sites. Those services are the rest of its catalogue: network and managed IT services with round-the-clock monitoring, and cybersecurity, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and managed security.

Its references are mostly public sector and defence: the Philippine Coast Guard, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Air Force, DICT and the Department of Justice. With Starlink it provided 12 satellite kits to DOST-STII, the science department's information institute.
