About this directory

The Philippines was the first country in Southeast Asia to get Starlink: the service went live on 22 February 2023, nine months after the National Telecommunications Commission registered Starlink Internet Services Philippines as a value-added service provider, a step made possible by the 2022 amendment of the Public Service Act that opened telecoms to full foreign ownership. Homes order directly on starlink.com; the companies listed above serve the customers who want a reseller, an invoice from a local company or someone to do the installation.

What Starlink costs in the Philippines

On 15 October 2026 starlink.com listed Residential Max from ₱4,099 a month (unlimited data, speeds advertised up to 400+ Mbps) and Roam, for travel, camping and boats, from ₱3,299 a month. Cheaper capped tiers of 100 and 200 Mbps exist in selected areas only; enter your address to see which ones apply.

Authorized business resellers

For companies and agencies, Starlink sells through a short list of authorized resellers. Six of them are profiled here. Data Lake was the first, signed in October 2022 before the launch. Converge followed in March 2025 and PLDT Enterprise in August 2025; both pair the satellite link with their fibre network as a backup when a line is cut. Ardent Networks, an ICT distributor of the LAMCO Group, was added in September 2025 and sells through more than 1,000 channel partners, while iOne Resources brings field deployment at scale: it supported COMELEC's satellite emergency network for the elections. REVLV Solutions, a Makati integrator working mostly for the Coast Guard, the armed forces and government agencies, bundles Starlink with managed network and security services. Starlink's list also names ComClark, We Are IT Philippines and Pacific Wireless.

Installation across the islands

Resellers quote the service; the physical work is often a separate trade. InstallersPH, with offices in Mandaue City and Makati, mounts and configures dishes in Metro Cebu, Bohol and Metro Manila and travels to Iloilo, Palawan, Negros, Leyte, Samar and Mindanao. It is an installer, not a reseller: buy the kit from Starlink or an authorized reseller and hire it for the mount, the cable run and the Wi-Fi. For typhoon-exposed sites, ask how the mount is anchored before drilling.

Satellite links beyond Starlink, including VSAT, are covered on the page of all satellite providers in the Philippines.
