Primacom

PT Primacom Interbuana (Primacom) is a communication solutions provider in Jakarta, founded in 1991, that designs and runs networks and satellite communications for Indonesian companies.

In August 2024 Starlink appointed it an authorized reseller for the corporate segment. Primacom sells the service as PrimaStar (Starlink for Business), with round-the-clock support and a 99% service level agreement, and positions it for companies with sites in remote areas across the archipelago, where fibre and mobile coverage stop.

For a company, the point of buying through Primacom rather than online is a local contract, an SLA and a supplier that can also deliver the network behind the terminal. Prices are quoted on request.
