XAICORE

XAICORE is an IT services company in Röttenbach, near Erlangen in Franconia, that installs Starlink for businesses. Its own team works in the region; for jobs elsewhere in Germany it works with local mounting partners.

It mounts the antenna on a mast, roof, wall, container or vehicle, or supplies a portable case, and handles the cabling, router, Wi-Fi and network. Following the DIN EN 60728-11 standard, an electrician grounds the antenna, and this is included in the price. Starlink can be set up as the main line or as failover behind fibre or DSL, and several sites or vehicles can be managed in one company account. Equipment can be bought for permanent sites or rented for projects such as construction sites.

XAICORE sells Starlink Business plans (Local and Global Priority, optional public IPv4) and explains when they are worth it. Pricing works in two steps: a paid on-site consultation, quoted by phone beforehand, then a fixed price for the installation. It states it has no partnership with Starlink.
