About this directory

Starlink has been available in Germany since 2021 and covers the whole country. Satellite internet is still a small market there: according to the Bundesnetzagentur's annual report, about 83,000 customers used it at the end of 2024, most of them on Starlink, mainly in villages, farms and hamlets that the fibre roll-out has not reached yet.

What it costs

On 15 October 2026 starlink.com listed 35 euros a month for Privathaushalt 100 Mbit/s, 55 euros for 200 Mbit/s (both in selected areas only) and 75 euros for Privathaushalt Max, with unlimited data. Roam, for travel, camping and boats, starts at 45 euros. Starlink also offers roof mounting as an option at checkout, carried out by its installation partner.

Installers and retailers

The companies above cover different needs. EURONICS was the first German retail chain to sell Starlink, in November 2023: every member store can sell the kit with an installation service or rent it with set-up. For businesses, XAICORE (near Erlangen) mounts dishes on masts, roofs, containers and vehicles across Germany, with grounding by an electrician as the DIN EN 60728-11 standard requires, and VN Solutions integrates Starlink into existing networks around Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf. For motorhomes, CarWo in Dresden fits a flat roof mount converted to 12 or 24 V, from 999 euros installed.

Business plans and managed service

Three companies on this page are on Starlink's list of authorized resellers. Deutsche Telekom has offered a fully managed Starlink service (SIA) to large companies and public bodies since April 2026, billed on the Telekom invoice. Telespazio Germany (Darmstadt) sells Starlink Enterprise with a 99.9% SLA to hospitals and critical infrastructure in the DACH region, and wirelessmaxx equips authorities, emergency services and vehicles with Starlink and Peplink routers.

Tenants need the landlord's consent before drilling into a facade or balcony, and owners in a condominium usually need a decision of the owners' association. Other satellite providers are on the page of all satellite providers in Germany.
