Netcom Mobile

Netcom Mobile is the brand of Netcom Solutions BV, an independent business telecom company founded in 2009 in Drongen, Ghent (BE 0832.007.996). It operates as a multi-operator MVNO on the Proximus, Telenet and KPN networks, selling business mobile plans, IoT SIMs and travel eSIMs, and adds Starlink for companies that lack a usable fixed line.

Its Starlink offer is aimed at building sites, farms and greenhouses, events, temporary workspaces and fixed-line backup. A Netcom technician supplies and installs the kit: the Enterprise kit costs 1,250 euros excluding VAT fully installed, and the High Performance kit 2,750 euros, the latter with a static IP address, firewall settings and a 50-metre cable. Data comes in four priority plans of 50 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB a month, with 50 GB top-ups at 40 euros; the standard term is 24 months, and a 12-month term costs 20% more per month.

An on-site survey costs 199 euros within 120 km of Ghent, plus 50 euros per further 60 km, or the customer fills in an online survey instead. Activation usually takes 24 to 48 business hours. Support runs through one named contact, and Netcom also offers wholesale and commission terms to installers and resellers.
