Overview
Fust is a Swiss retailer of household appliances and electronics. In April 2023 it entered a partnership with Starlink to help customers install their kits, and it still runs a Starlink installation service across Switzerland.
The hardware and subscription are bought from Starlink; Fust's technicians then mount the antenna and its base or bracket, install the router, lay the cable and connect a device. The customer first checks the location in the Starlink app. Fust quotes a base fee of CHF 179 including travel and 30 minutes of work, with appointments booked by phone.
