Via Direta Telecom says it was the first authorized Starlink reseller in Brazil. The company describes itself as the largest Starlink reseller in Brazil. It has been responsible for transmitting classes from the Media Center of Amazonas since 2015. Via Direta is authorized to sell Starlink corporate services across South America and the Caribbean and maintains a permanent stock of Starlink products.

The company offers Starlink Aviation for high-speed, low-latency internet on board, with deliveries available starting from 2023. Starlink Aviation can provide up to 350 Mbps for each aircraft, and its plans include unlimited data with no long-term contracts. Additionally, Via Direta offers Starlink Commercial for high-speed, low-latency broadband internet for remote and rural businesses. Starlink Commercial offers download speeds up to 220 Mbps, upload speeds up to 25 Mbps, and latency of 25 to 50 ms.
