ConstructEdge is the construction connectivity business of CCR Technologies, an IT company founded in 1986 and based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It plans, installs and manages jobsite infrastructure for contractors: internet for site trailers, last-mile connections for remote jobsites, field Wi-Fi, private LTE, mobile surveillance trailers and Starlink. Its Manage360 platform is used to order, manage and monitor the technology on each jobsite.

ConstructEdge describes itself as an authorized Starlink reseller and sells Starlink as a managed jobsite service: qualified technicians install the antennas and routers, Peplink routers fail over to cellular when the satellite link drops and can bond Starlink with 5G, 4G or other WAN connections, several Starlink units can run as one managed network, and traffic steering and external antennas are configurable. Under its Starlink fleet model the equipment is tracked across jobsites, then decommissioned, maintained and stored for reuse on the next project, with network monitoring through closeout.
