Vocus is an Australian network operator with its own national fibre network. Under the Vocus Satellite – Starlink name it sells Business Starlink plans across Australia, including remote and regional locations, on land and at sea.

Plans start at 40 GB and scale to terabytes, on monthly or 12 to 36 month terms, with the kit paid upfront or across the contract. Fixed-site plans serve remote and regional sites; Mobility plans support in-motion use on vehicles, vessels and transportable deployments. Organisations with several terminals can share a data pool (minimum terminal numbers apply). Vocus also offers IP-WAN over Starlink, a Layer 2 extension of a private network over satellite, bonding of several connections for higher throughput, SD-WAN and managed security, self or professional installation, and the Vocus 360 portal for usage, diagnostics and service changes. It quotes estimated download speeds of 135 to 310 Mbps and typical latency of 25 to 60 ms.

Vocus says it has 30 ground stations in operation or contracted and keeps spare parts close to customer sites. Its published case studies include Whitsunday Council, SA Power (200 Vocus Satellite – Starlink services) and a water utility with 95 sites.
